If you change your mind, if the product is not what you were looking for or, quite simply, you are not happy:
You have 15 days from receipt of the package, to return it to us (arranged by you and at your expense).

After confirmation, customer service will issue you a returns authorisation by email for the return of the hiking trailer in its original packing.

Do not forget to attach your returns authorisation to the outside of the package and enclose a copy of your invoice.

Chariotderandonnee.com undertakes to refund your money within 15 days maximum by bank transfer to the account for the card used in the original purchase or to exchange the hiking trailer, if that is what you wish.
